Steve Butler | President

Steve Butler has worked for Tennessee Sheet Metal since 1969. He began has career with the company as an apprentice. Under his leadership as President of the company, Tennessee Sheet Metal has become one of the most respected and dependable sheet metal fabricators in the Southeast.

John Oakley | Estimator

John Oakley has been with Tennessee Sheet Metal since 1964. He began in the company's apprentice program, and was eventually promoted to shop foreman, a role in which he served for eleven years. Since 1997, John has been an estimator for the company, where he is responsible for project pricing, and ongoing communication and management with clients, subcontractors, and TSM?s project managers.

John has been a member of the Sheet Metal Local 177 since 1968. He is married, a father to four sons and grandfather of ten. When not working or chasing grandchildren, he?s likely to be found on the golf course.

Brian Mann | Estimator

Brian Mann joined the company in 1992 as an apprentice, working his way up as a journeyman, field foreman, and now serves as an Estimator. Prior to joining Tennessee Sheet Metal, he served as an apprentice for McDougall?s Industrial Sheet Metal. Brian completed his apprentice program through Sheet Metal Local 177.

He has earned an ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate, and is certified in the use of Quick Pen Auto Bid Sheet Metal and Duct Designer 3D tools as well as Auto CAD tools.

Brian is married with two children and enjoys hunting, golf and softball.

TSM Training Program

For more than three decades, Sheet Metal Local 177 has provided quality apprenticeship training for the sheet metal industry, training hundreds of sheet metal craftsmen. Today, this four-year program continues to teach the essential fundamentals of the craft of sheet metal fabrication.
